Work that holds up after the photo.

From an oil change to a chassis built around the way you actually drive. Same standard either way: the right parts, the right process, and nothing left to guesswork.

FEATURED SERVICES

Carbon Cleaning & Fuel Injector Services

Rough idle, misfires, lost power, and poor fuel economy often come down to two things: carbon on the intake valves and injectors that are dirty or no longer flowing evenly. I handle both here, start to finish.

Intake valve and port after carbon cleaning CARBON CLEANING

Walnut Blasting / Carbon Cleaning

Brings baked-on intake valve carbon back to bare metal.

Direct-injection engines spray fuel straight into the cylinder, so nothing washes the intake valves. Oil vapor bakes on and builds up as carbon.

Walnut blasting removes that buildup from the intake valves without harming the metal, so the engine can breathe the way it was designed to.

Cleaning, flow testing, and rebuilding

Clean, flow test, and rebuild injectors, matched as a set.

Deposits change how an injector sprays, which can mean a rough idle, hesitation, or a misfire. I clean them, flow test each one so the set is matched, and rebuild with new filters, O-rings, seals, and pintle caps when cleaning is not enough.

All done in house: Bosch, Deka, Injector Dynamics, and select direct-injection injectors.

Before and after

Fuel systems: complete fuel cells, injection conversions, and the plumbing between them, sized for the engine they feed.

01 — SERVICE

Maintenance, done like it matters.

Oil, filters, plugs, fluids, belts, and the small jobs that keep a car honest. Carbureted or fuel injected, old or new. The interval is not the whole job. The part, the torque, and what else the car is trying to tell you are.

A service visit here is not a race through a checklist. If something is starting to go, you hear about it before it becomes the next tow.

02 — ENGINE ASSEMBLY

Engines built as machines, and as objects.

An engine from this shop is assembled from premium and OEM parts, current machining practice, and hardware chosen on purpose. That runs from the fastener in your hand to the finish on the block.

We are not just stacking a rotating assembly and hoping the paint hides it. The goal is a piece that looks considered in the bay and stays reliable when it is asked to work. Aesthetic and functional. Both, or it is not finished.

03 — SUSPENSION

The car should feel finished, not just lower.

A coilover is not a lowering kit with a better sticker. Spring rate, ride height, damping, alignment, and how the weight sits on each corner decide whether the car turns in clean or just looks parked. We overhaul the system around the way the car is used, then set it so left and right feel like the same car.

Bushings, arms, geometry, and the cheap wear parts that ruin an expensive shock all get the same attention. The result is a car that stays composed on the street and still has something left when you ask more of it.

04 — ELECTRICAL

Harnesses that make sense in five years.

Design, fabrication, and repair of wiring and complete harnesses. Loomed, protected, and built so the next person, including you, can follow it. Not a nest of taped splices that only works until the first heat cycle.

New builds, engine swaps, and cars that have been "fixed" by three shops already. If the circuit is wrong, we find the fault. If the harness is the problem, we build the one that should have been there.

05 — DIAGNOSTICS

We do not stop at the easy code.

Comprehensive diagnostics on a car of any age or type. A stored fault is a clue, not a diagnosis. The work goes past the obvious sensor and into how the system actually behaves: fuel, spark, mechanical, electrical, and the way those overlap.

This is thorough on purpose. Little checks are where you start. They are not where you stop. If the car is intermittent, old, modified, or already refused by someone else, that is still a job that can be finished.

06 — FABRICATION

If it does not exist, it gets made.

Welding and fabrication for the parts a catalog will not have. Exhaust, mounts, brackets, tanks, and one-off pieces that have to fit this car, not a car like it. The weld is there to hold. It is also there to look like someone cared where the bead started.

Fixtures, fitment, and finish are part of the job. A part that only works on the bench is not done.

07 — CHASSIS

Built to your spec. Street, race, or dirt.

Frame and chassis work designed around the vehicle you described, not a template we already wanted to build. On-road or off-road. Short travel or long travel. A street car, a full race car, or a crawler that has to survive the obstacle in front of it.

Structure, suspension pickup points, and how the car will be used get decided before tube gets cut. The chassis is the part everything else has to trust.
